I process and ship out all of the orders within 48 hours of processed payment Monday - Friday.
You will receive your hair within 2-5 business days after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders over $500.
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. My packages are insured by USPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.
I am not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
Refunds are permitted 48 hours after receiving your package. The hair must be in the same condition you received it in for a refund.

Raw Cambodian and Vietnamese hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected directly from donors in Cambodia and Vietnam. Unlike beauty supply or "factory-processed" hair, raw hair has NO chemical processing, natural durability and longevity of 2-3+ years.
How do I care for my Raw Bundles?
Proper care is the key to making your raw bundles last 2-3+ years. Since raw hair behaves just like your natural hair, it needs regular love and maintenance. Use a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to prevent dryness. I recommend using brands like TRESemme.
