Shipping policy

I process and ship out all of the orders within 48 hours of processed payment Monday - Friday.

You will receive your hair within 2-5 business days after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders over $500.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. My packages are insured by USPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.

I am not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
